Morning Anchor: A Sacred Start to the week
This 45-minute class is a gentle yet powerful way to ground your energy and align your focus as the week begins.
We’ll start with light, invigorating movement to awaken the body and clear any stagnant energy. Then, we’ll shift into a deeply nourishing space for breathwork and meditation — anchoring your mind and body in presence, clarity, and purpose.
Each session is thoughtfully curated to meet you exactly where you are, while gently inviting you to lean into the edge of transformation — to be with what’s stirring, and to soften into it with courage.

Noon Nirvana: A Midday Restorative Sound Journey
Step out of the rush and into a sanctuary of stillness.
Noon Nirvana is a 45-minute midday class designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reset your nervous system — right in the heart of your day.
We’ll begin with gentle, grounding movements and breathwork to awaken the spine and release tension. From there, you’ll settle into fully supported restorative postures, sinking into deep relaxation as the healing tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls wash over you.
This sound-infused meditation and yoga experience is crafted to invite deep cellular repair, energetic recalibration, and a return to inner balance.
Whether you're taking a break from work or simply seeking peace in the middle of your week, come as you are — and leave feeling restored, clear, and reconnected.

A 75-minute Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Journey
Welcome to V.Y.B.E., an immersive 75-minute experience of deep rest, release, and renewal.
Through the gentle practice of Yin Yoga, guided breathwork and meditation, and the restorative power of healing sound frequencies, you are invited to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and settle into a profound state of peace.
This session is trauma-informed, intentionally designed to offer safety, choice, and support at every step. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, and participate in the ways that feel right for you.

Welcome to Nourish — a 6-week immersive meditation experience designed to rewire the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create space for new, healthier patterns to take root.
Set in a warm, candlelit space, each session blends breathwork, brain entrainment techniques, and guided meditation to support neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to heal, adapt, and grow.
Through intentional breath, stillness, and the subtle yet powerful use of healing sound tools, we’ll explore the inner landscapes of presence, awareness, and deep nervous system regulation.
There is minimal movement — just enough to prepare the body for stillness. The real work happens within:

Ease n Flow Yoga: A slow Mindful flow for body, breath and heart
Ease n Flow is a 60-minute slow-flow yoga class designed to invite you into gentle movement, deep breath, and full-body presence. This practice is perfect for all levels—especially beginners or anyone seeking a softer, more conscious approach to yoga.
Each session is guided by the energy of the day and the group, becoming a unique and intuitive blend of embodied movement, mindful stillness, and often a touch of light-hearted laughter and connection.
Moving slowly allows for deeper somatic awareness, while gently building strength, improving balance and flexibility, and greatly reducing the risk of injury. The focus here is on intentional, embodied movement — cultivating sensitivity to how we inhabit our bodies and how we move through the world. Come as you are.
