Yoga Nidra
Experience profound relaxation with Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep." This guided meditation practice takes you into a state of deep relaxation, where you can release stress and access a higher state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra is an excellent way to rejuvenate the body and mind, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to 4 hours of deep REM sleep.

Parent and Children Classes
Nourishing Peace offers fun and engaging yoga classes for parents with their kids. These classes are designed to allow parents to enjoy this healthy habit with their children. The kids are welcome whether they fully participate or not. Come as you (and they are). This class is specifically designed for any age child to join from infant to teen. A place for parents to just show up and let the kids participate or play! Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, concentration, and emotional regulation, providing a foundation for a healthy and balanced life. When the children watch and experience these classes with their parents, they build these foundations too.

These gentle classes focus on safe and accessible movements (which can be done standing or from a chair), breath awareness, and relaxation techniques.
